Apples


Apples you have in the morning is also called golden apple. Apple has low calories and stimulates digestive system and enhance body metabolism. It is also let you have crystal clear skin like Snow Whites and it helps constipation as well.




Eggs



Eggs contain high protein, less sodium, and has well balanced vitamin, minerals and amino acids. It also makes highly satiety.




Yogurts



170g of yogurts contains protein as much as meat has it. yogurt is good for people whose on a diet or diabetes. If you have diabetes, low-fat yogurts helps a lot.




Tomatoes



Tomatoes help low the blood pressure. Usually, blood pressure is measured high in the morning. take one tomato after a meal lower the blood pressure in the morning and enhance digestive system as well.




Carrots



carrots provide rich vitamin and beta-carotene and well known as healthy vegetable.
