It's been 7 months post-surgery, I had zygoma, jaw, chin reduction, epicanthoplasty and revision rhinoplasty

My nose was deviated and the tip was too high that it looked unnatural

ear cartilage was used for the tip and had facial contouring to improve asymmetrical face

Thing have been changed after the surgery

I don’t bother retouching my pictures with photoshop anymore

and I'm getting a lot of compliments about how i look

guess they don’t even recognize that I had plastic surgery

I’m trying to avoiding chewing as I was told that I have to beware of it for 3 months

I didn’t expected my face to be this small, The results are amazing :)
