What is T-Osteotomy?

T-Osteotomy is a surgery to reshape and reduce chin in a 

slim V shape line. Pre-existing V-osteotomy could cause 

nerve damage or double chin to appear during the osteotomy.

TL Modified T-osteotomy utilizes minimal resection without 
muscle detachment on the  middle portion of the bone to
create an elastic V-line without possible sagging.

We also offer personalized chin reduction with bone structure analysis for the 
overall balance and proportion. Scientific pre-op analysis system
and nerve position analysis via 3D-CT scan is an essential procedure.
